Shipping policy

Black Eyewear offer worldwide shipping for both prescription glasses and frames only. Delivery to all UK destinations is free. A shipping fee of £18 will be automatically added at checkout to all international orders.

We always aim to dispatch orders placed before 10 AM on the same working day. Orders made after 10 AM are expected to be dispatched by the following working day. The dispatch date will vary depending on the nature of the order and on prescription lenses.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

UK: 2-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Rest of the world: 6-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are guidelines only. Black Eyewear does not take responsibility for any delays due to high season delays or payment issues.
